Miami Catering Social Packages (Weddings, Bday parties…)

Wedding Packages start at only $49.95 Per person and they include:

• Open Bar for 4 Hours, Unlimited beverages
• Cocktail hour: passed around appetizers, choice of 6 different items
• Dinner Buffet, choice of 2 entrees, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, salad and dinner rolls
• “The Cake”: a custom multi tiered wedding cake, your choice of flavors and design
• Staff: bar attendants, servers, culinary staff( chefs) and event coordinators
• China, Flatware and Glassware
• All equipment required for our on site food preparation

As far as Miami Catering ”new trends”, some of our menus are all based on these “new displays”. All serving items are made for a “lite” dinner, dinner by the bite. There is no need for a heavy dinner plate or a knife; it can all be done on cocktail size plates and forks.
