After a long weekend (again), finally getting things in order for this week. Quite a bit going on with 4 weddings in Wellington and West Palm Beach, as well as Miami Dade.
One engagement party on this past Saturday went 3 hours overtime, they had such a great time. The hostess couldn’t be happier and the young couple will be coming in next week to talk about their wedding.
Refferals from past clientele are great, they are familiar with our service, food, decor and customer service.
I just learned of the amount of Palm Beach Catering Service available online…wow, quite a bit of competition.
I actually love the competition, my displays, service, food and customer service is top notch ( or so I am being told by my customers).
A bride was in my office this morning to tell me that a caterer up in Palm Beach ( no names here…) took almost 3 weeks to get back to her with a proposal. BIG LOL.
I get back to customers within 24 hours, sometimes even faster. I am available 24/7 on my cell and always carry a laptop with me, just in case.
I also have a couple of jobs coming up in Wellington. I live in Wellington, so Catering Wellington FL is a breaze for me and my staff.
