Miami Catering scene has changed quite a bit over the past couple of years. Catering is not an exact science and Miami Catering Companies come up with new inovative ideas all the time.

Lately I have seen a lot of furniture beeing used to improve the decor. The old chiavari chairs are now replaced with really cool trendy white chairs, linens are no longer used, spendex is the latest craze.
